Hi, I’m Liz M Raymond, a Professional Business Organizer, educator, and mentor with over 25 years of experience helping entrepreneurs create clarity, confidence, and success in their businesses.

As a single mom of two boys, I’ve lived the challenges of balancing family and business, and those experiences inspired my passion for supporting women in their entrepreneurial journeys. I transitioned from running a successful bookkeeping practice to focusing on educating and empowering entrepreneurs, teaching them how to master their finances, streamline their systems, and build sustainable success.

I believe in the potential of women to exceed their own expectations. Through my programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions, I provide practical tools and supportive guidance to turn overwhelm into confidence. What do I need to do to start working with you?

Everything starts with a conversation. You can schedule a 20 minute “Get Acquainted Call” where we can discuss your challenges and determine if we are a good fit. Once we determine we are a good fit I will send an email with a link to my questionnaire to complete. The questionnaire provides important information about your business and your challenges/struggles to help me provide you with a suggested plan of action. One the questionnaire is completed and I have reviewed it, we will schedule a call to discuss the possible options.

Do you only work with groups?

While I offer workshops and group sessions, I also offer one-on-one options for those who prefer to work with me alone. All plans are customizable to meet your needs.

What is a Professional Business Organizer?

A Professional Business Organizer (a term I created) is someone who provides services beyond bookkeeping. With a solid accounting background, having acquired experience and expertise in bookkeeping systems both as an entrepreneur and a full-charge bookkeeper with the skills of an Accountant, I teach business owners about business finances (specifically their bookkeeping systems, how to set them up, how to understand them and how to read financial reports).

Do you work with bookkeepers?

I love to work with bookkeepers who are interested in up-leveling their bookkeeping skills. Over the years of cleaning up messes created by bookkeepers who failed to provide quality services to their clients, I am determine to mentor bookkeepers who care about their clients and the integrity and quality of their work. Building a successful bookkeeping practice goes beyond just doing books, it about building relationships, supporting each other and continued education.
